Our Early Childhood Development (ECD) initiatives with blind and visually impaired children have expanded this year to prepare and equip children as young as three, with the skills and knowledge to use a computer and other smart devices independently. Like their sighted peers, we believe the preschool-aged visually impaired child should have exposure to computers and other forms of technology. The sooner the child has the experience, the better prepared he/she will be for the future.
