Development of baseline Assessment

In April, Bonnie People focused on conducting baseline assessments to identify areas for development in each class. Teachers received personalized feedback and action plans to enhance numeracy, literacy, and motor skills before reassessment in the third term. Recognizing the need for additional support in numeracy and fine motor skills, teachers were equipped with engaging activities to integrate into daily lessons. To boost gross motor development, we introduced a dynamic dance and physical activity programme led by coaches Keenan and Mario. This programme not only energises learners but also enhances coordination, balance, and overall physical well-being, setting the stage for improved focus and learning in the classroom. By prioritising motor development, we aim to create a stimulating environment where learners can thrive physically and academically, paving the way for enhanced learning experiences and improved cognitive function.
